Become a seller

Calling all makers of beautiful, quality handmade items! You can apply to rent a shelf to display a range of your items however you wish but if you feel that a straight forward shelf won’t quite work for you, come in for a chat. We can be creative with displays too!

Shelves / wall / display space costs £10 per week (minimum 4 weeks) plus 10% commission on sales. Some of your items will also be displayed in the window (which has proved to be very effective) and elsewhere around the shop.

All sellers must meet trading standards guidelines (if required).

Or for limited selling periods, you may have a shelf for 35% commission on sales only.

We take care of all the card fees, packaging, website and provide additional promotion for you, your products and the shop in general plus we are open 6 days a week. We are also happy to help you promote your courses / workshops.

We only stock handmade items.

If you would like more information / apply to join us, please email me at ryeshandmade@gmail.com with a brief description of what you do along with 3 to 5 photos of the items you make.

We may then ask that a few items are brought along for us to have a look at and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a decision about renting a shelf.

Please note: we do not have room for any more knitted or crochet items, jewellery, felted items or stained glass.
